Easy-Floor — protective flooring
Modular plastic flooring that protects grass and the original floor during the event. The Standard version comes on a roll and unrolls in minutes; the Plus version, in reinforced plates, takes heavy vehicle traffic.
Easy-Floor covers the event floor without harming the surface underneath. It is a modular plastic flooring system in high-resistance polypropylene, 100% recyclable, with an anti-slip surface, flame-retardant treatment (UL 94 reference) and UV protection. It works both for lining natural grass and for protecting subfloors, concrete, asphalt and sports arenas from the heavy traffic of a build.
The difference between the versions is in how they are handled. The Standard model comes as a roll — 25 m² that unrolls straight onto the ground, covering 20 m in length by 1.26 m in width, with no plate-by-plate latching. The modules are articulated and interlocking, with a direct snap fit, which cuts assembly and teardown time. Each module measures 31.5 × 8.5 cm, is 1.8 cm thick and weighs 125 g. Eight colors are available: yellow, blue, ice, graphite, silver, black, green and red.
Over grass, the advantage is in the grooves between the modules: they let the soil breathe. There is ventilation, moisture exchange with the environment and partial photosynthesis, so the grass withstands the cover without damage to the original surface.
When the floor will take heavy loads, the Plus model steps in. These are reinforced 100 × 25 cm plates, 3.5 cm thick and 2.2 kg each, assembled into 2 × 1 m panels. The T-type joint, locked by clips over a cross-braced substructure, is sized for heavy vehicles to drive over protected grass or floor. Plus is supplied on 64 m² pallets (32 panels of 2 × 1 m) and comes in ice, silver, black and graphite.
For finishing edges, stairs, walkways and ramps, there is a ramp connector. Installation requires level ground or floor.
